2. Quotes, Booking, and Payment

● Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may change after

onsite assessment.

● A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Remaining balances are

due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

● Accepted payment methods may include card, e-transfer, or other methods

specified at booking.

● Late or failed payments may incur fees and service suspension.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

● You can reschedule with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations or missed

appointments may incur a call-out fee.

● We may reschedule due to safety, weather, inventory constraints, or technician

availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

● Provide safe, unobstructed access to equipment and work areas.

● Ensure someone 18+ is present at the scheduled time.

● Obtain necessary permissions for work at the property if you are not the owner.

5. Warranties and Workmanship

● Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment per their terms.

● Our workmanship warranty, if applicable, will be stated on your invoice or service

agreement.

● Warranty claims may be denied for misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or

failure to follow recommended maintenance.

6. Safety and Compliance

● We follow industry standards and applicable codes to the best of our ability.

● If unsafe conditions are identified, we may pause or refuse service until

re remedied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable Air Ltd. is not liable for

indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any

claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the

claim.

8. Appointments, Delays, and Force Majeure

Arrival windows are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events

outside our control, including weather, supply-chain issues, emergencies, or

utility outages.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by

Affordable Air Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied or used without

permission.

10.User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with

site operations or related systems.
